Hook size I (5.5mm)
Yarn needle
For the headband:
ch 69 (adjust for head size)
turn, skip first 2 ch, dc in each ch
sew ends together to make headband
attach flower off-center for a cute look

Notes:

Make sure to measure the head of whoever will be wearing the headband. Make the foundation chain really loose and leave an inch or more of space between the ends when measuring it on your/their head. Mine still ended up being pretty loose, so you may want to make fewer stitches. Just remember to leave two extra ch sts for turning.
