Red Heart Super Saver #4 yarn in Black (maybe 1/4 skein)
Red Heart Super Saver #4 yarn in Grape Jam (very little)
Hook size J (6mm)
Buttons

Changes Made to Pattern:
I made them a little bit longer than the pattern called for. To do this, you just need to factor in the extra length when it tells you to crochet x way until the wrister is y inches long. I also sewed some buttons on the side and switched yarn colors at the top (when the thumb and wider opening diverge).

Notes:
I actually only have one completely finished, but the other one is coming along. I've set a date for them to be finished by the end of October so my baby sister can wear them when it gets chilly out. They should be nice and cozy for the winter.
